APS OFFSET PERFORATION

1. Test overview.

This test is used to check that the perforations of film APS are in a choosen window, so that the scanner can initialise the image framing correctly (in APS the framing of the images is done on the perforations).
For that, the scanner will scan a film, and will work out the position of the perforations. If those are in the search window, framing will be done correctly.
If the position of the perforation is not correct, the framing of APS images may not work.

2. Test conditions.

This test relates to the APS film carrier inserted in the scanner.
