1. Test overview.

This test is an auto-test for the mounted slide gate. I.e. it only checks of correct operation. No parameter is modified and the operator action is not necessary.
In fact, it is not a test in itself, it does nothing but connect all the unit tests which are listed below, namely :

• Slide Check Firmware
  
• Slide EncoderAF_Zero
  
• Slide EncoderAF
  
• Slide Encoder 1
  
• Slide Motor Intensity Pro
  

The simple fact of launching this test will make it possible to know if the Mounted slide gateis functional, but will not allow to know if it is well adjusted.

2. Test conditions.

This test relates to the Mounted slide gateinserted in the scanner.
The Mounted slide gate must be inserted in the scanner to carry out this test.
No slide must be inserted in the film carrier for this test.
The acceptance of the test is automatic.
No parameter is saved.

3. Pre-requirements.

None.

4. Test realisation.

Click on "RUN" to execute the test. The unit tests listed below will execute one after the other.
Results of each unit tests appear in the execution window.

5. Test acceptance.

Whatever the unit tests result, they will all execute. I.e. At the end of the auto-test, certain tests will be accepted others rejected.
If all the unit tests are accepted, the auto-test will be accepted if at least a unit test is rejected the auto-test is rejected.
