1. Test overview.

This test is an auto-test of the APS film carrier. It only carries out checks of correct operation. No parameter is modified and the operator intervention is not necessary.
In fact, it is not a test in itself, it does nothing but connect all the unit tests which are listed below, namely:

• APS Check Firmware
  
• APS Command LEDS
  
• APS Encoder 1
  
• APS Motor Intensity
  

By simply launching this test, it allows to know whether the APS film carrier is functional, but will not allow to know if it is well adjusted.

2. Test conditions.

This test relates to the APS film carrier inserted in the scanner.
The APS film carrier must be inserted in the scanner to carry out this test.
No film must be inserted in the film carrier for this test.
The acceptance of the test is automatic.
No parameter is saved.

3. Pre-requirements.

None.

4. Test realisation.

Click on RUN to carry out the test. The unit tests listed below will follow each other.
Results of each unit test will appear the execution window.

5. Test acceptance.

Whatever the results of the unit tests, they will all execute. At the end of the auto-test, certain tests will be accepted, others rejected.
If all the unit tests are accepted, the auto-test will be accepted. If at least one unit test is rejected the auto-test, is rejected.
